Elise is a master-certified energy medicine practitioner of two different lineages, although her studies and love of Awareness, Nature, Wholeness, and the Mystic began in Germany when she was very young, through the influences of her mother and grandfather and their intimacy with naturalness.
Her sense of ease in the Way of Life, was greatly enhanced on a five-year nomadic sojourn living in her truck and hiking barefoot through many of the natural lands across the United States, exploring the inner spectrum of Being, and discovering various passages to Freedom.
More recently, teaching in Peru and South Africa profoundly touched and inspired her.
As a poet, ceremonialist, energy medicine practitioner, soul guide, and teacher, Elise helps others (re)discover the Sacred ~ deepen their experience of trust, passion, empowerment, and Love for the transformational journey of creating a conscious, embodied way of wisdom, peace and inspiration.
Elise’s foundation is in Daoist YangSheng practices: energy cultivation arts including Meditation; medical, spiritual, and martial QiGong, TaiJi; and prior meditation trainings in Vipassana, Tonglen, and Dzogchen (Phowa), which she feels all have been profound and essential teachers of Stillness, Movement, and Listening to the mysterious Sacred s p a c e in between . . .
